Bodily Injury is when the insured driver is held responsible for any physical harm he causes to a 3rd party; the insurance company will pay for the injuries. The action usually taken by the 3rd party is to seek accidental benefits on his/her insurance company first. Through them the 3rd party will claim rights from the insured driver who caused the bodily injury.
