Job Description
A USA Coverage Application Fulfillment Specialist / Case Manager is rresponsible for successfully processing life insurance applications from the time that they are received through the point at which the policy is issued. Because the successful and timely processing of applications directly impacts company revenue, this is a highly visible and important position within the company. This position will require a significant amount of relationship management responsibility, as this individual will interact with a wide variety of internal and external parties. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a face-paced, sales-oriented call-center environment and be adept at maintaining and solidifying important business relationships.
Skills
Qualified candidates will have solid experience processing term, universal, and whole life insurance applications. Familiarity with most major life insurance carrier applications is a plus. Successful applicants must be computer literate and have good typing skills. Good track record of working closely with agents and customers is ideal.
Pay
$9.00 - $12.00 per hour dependent on experience.
