Participation rate typically fluctuates over a period of time and can be a good source of information about the overall employment style including the wide social trends. For instance, the women’s rate has been booming in its heights ever since the 1940s which means that of all through out numerous women are more than willing to be in the working area.

The very basic measure in a participation rate is solely the people are of to the working age. Generally, the age group of the participation rate includes people between 16 to 24.
