At present, Sentry Insurance Group runs under the leadership of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dale Schuh. Pete McPartland serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is mainly responsible for the national operations of the business as well as developing action plans and communicating them to the members of the organization in order for everyone to understand their individual roles in achieving the goals of the Company. William Lohr is the Senior Vice-President Treasurer and is responsible in all financial aspects of the company.

The Sentry Insurance Group’s corporate symbol is inspired from the exploits of Captain John Parker, an American serviceman, who in, 1775, rallied his 77 soldiers to meet British troops in the country’s first military battle for independence. Although heavily outnumbered, Captain Parker and his men stood firm in their conviction to fight for their independence.
